Neil Campbell, Non-Executive Director of Inspiration Healthcare Group plc, has transferred 71,428 ordinary shares at no cost to his children, Oliver and Edward Campbell, aligning with a previously announced intention. Post-transfer, Neil holds 4.93% of the company’s issued share capital, with Oliver and Edward holding 0.05% and 0.04%, respectively. This transaction, which took place outside of a trading venue, reflects a notable change in the distribution of the company’s shares among the director’s family.
