With the execution of the share purchase agreement and completion of all formalities, ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company has become a wholly owned subsidiary, consolidating the bank’s control over its pension fund management arm and potentially strengthening its position in India’s growing retirement and long-term savings market.
