Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has successfully completed the issuance of its 2025 Tier 2 Capital Notes (Series 2) in the National Interbank Bond Market, raising RMB50 billion. These 10-year fixed-rate notes, with an interest rate of 1.98% and a conditional redemption option at the end of the fifth year, will be used to enhance the bank’s tier 2 capital, strengthening its financial position and compliance with regulatory requirements.
