I Synergy Group Limited’s Director, Hoo Voon Him, has significantly altered his stake in the company by selling 12 million ordinary shares at $0.12 each, leaving him with 3 million shares. This substantial off-market trade, detailed in the Change of Director’s Interest Notice to the ASX, did not occur during a closed period that would require prior written clearance.
