Hongkong Land Executives Buy Company Shares

Hongkong Land Holdings (SG:H78) has released an update.

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited has reported that two of its top executives, Craig Alan Beattie (CFO) and Kenneth Yew Hoong Foo (Executive Director – Property Management), have both acquired ordinary shares in the company. These transactions were initially notified to the Financial Conduct Authority as per regulatory requirements. The shares were purchased on the Singapore Exchange at a price of US$3.4316 each, with Beattie acquiring 18,200 shares.
