HNI Corporation has appointed David Roberts to its Board of Directors for a term ending at the 2025 annual shareholders meeting. Roberts, who is the CEO of Verra Mobility Corporation, meets the NYSE and Corporation’s independence standards. With his addition, the Board now comprises eleven members, ten of whom are independent. Roberts will participate in the Board’s Public Policy and Governance Committee and receive the same compensation as his non-employee peers on the Board.
