Following the settlement and cancellation of these shares, the company’s total shares in issue will fall to 79,674,300, meaning 1,121,540 shares have now been cancelled under the programme, further shrinking the equity base and potentially enhancing earnings per share and capital returns for remaining shareholders as Hill & Smith pursues its ongoing capital management strategy.
