Hargreaves Services has disclosed that Stephen Barker, a person with managerial responsibilities, transferred shares to a nominee account at no cost and retained beneficial ownership. Additionally, Barker’s wife sold and then repurchased shares in the company through an ISA, with these transactions leaving Stephen Barker with a 0.08% stake in the firm. This activity took place outside of a trading venue for Mr. Barker and on the London Stock Exchange for Mrs. Barker.
