Harena Rare Earths has completed the previously announced £450,000 equity investment from RAB Capital Holdings and its associates through the issuance of 30 million new ordinary shares at 1.5 pence each, with the shares expected to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange around 20 January 2026. Following admission, RAB Capital is set to hold nearly 9.8% of Harena’s enlarged share capital, and the company’s total voting rights will increase to 592.65 million shares, a development that modestly broadens its shareholder base and may enhance its financial flexibility as it advances the Ampasindava rare earth project in Madagascar.
