Great Harvest Maeta Holdings, through its subsidiary, has agreed to sell a vessel to Migo Shipping Co., Limited for US$6 million, triggering a major transaction per the Listing Rules requiring shareholder approval. A significant shareholder has already provided written consent, negating the need for a general meeting. Full details of the deal will be disclosed to shareholders in an upcoming circular.
