Goldflare Exploration Inc. has energized its Board of Directors with the addition of two new independent members, Mr. Michel Desjardins and Mr. Pierre Alexandre. Desjardins, known as the ‘King of Radisson,’ brings over three decades of entrepreneurial experience in the mining sector to his new role as Chairman of the board. The company acknowledges the contributions of outgoing directors Mr. Dufour and Mr. Gauthier, as it gears up for a crucial phase in its development.
