Global Cord Blood Corporation, currently in provisional liquidation, encountered an inquorate situation at their extraordinary general meeting, leading to its dissolution. Subsequently, the Joint Provisional Liquidators filed for court approval of their remuneration for a specified period, with a court hearing scheduled for 30 July 2024. Shareholders have been notified and may request related documentation by providing evidence of their shareholding.
