Glencore Adjusts Bond Terms and Advances Decarbonization

Glencore (GB:GLEN) has released an update.

Glencore has adjusted the Conversion Price and Conversion Ratio for its $625 million Convertible Bonds due to a Cash Dividend payment, signaling operational and financial tweaks that could interest shareholders and investors. As a leading global resource company, Glencore is also actively pursuing efforts to decarbonize its operations, targeting significant emissions reductions by 2050 in line with the Paris Agreement goals.
