Giordano International Limited has announced that any unclaimed dividends from the interim dividend declared on August 9, 2018, will be forfeited and revert to the company if not claimed by September 11, 2024. Shareholders who have not yet claimed these dividends are urged to contact the company’s share registrar, Tricor Abacus Limited, before the mentioned deadline. The declaration is in accordance with Bye-Law 140, which allows the company to forfeit dividends unclaimed for six years after their declaration.
