Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ) has provided an announcement.
Georgia Capital PLC has continued its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG’s London branch (trading as Deutsche Numis) repurchasing 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each on 6 January 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,072.9633 pence. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury pending their planned weekly cancellation, bringing treasury shares to 60,000 and leaving 34,874,357 voting rights out of a total 34,934,357 ordinary shares in issue, a move that marginally reduces the free float and can be expected to enhance capital efficiency and potentially support earnings per share for existing investors.
