Georgia Capital PLC has completed its current US$50 million share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG (London Branch), trading as Deutsche Numis, purchasing a final tranche of 10,000 ordinary shares on 22 January 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,208.17 pence per share. In total, the programme has retired 1,470,000 shares, leaving 34,794,357 ordinary shares in issue, of which 40,000 are held in treasury and 34,754,357 carry voting rights, a move that effectively reduces the company’s free float and may enhance earnings per share and capital return for existing shareholders.
