Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ) has provided an update.
Georgia Capital PLC has continued its ongoing share buyback and cancellation programme, mandating Deutsche Bank AG’s London branch, trading as Deutsche Numis, to repurchase 10,000 ordinary shares on 24 December 2025 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,037.7625 pence. The repurchased shares will initially be held in treasury before being cancelled, lifting treasury holdings to 30,000 shares and leaving 34,934,357 voting rights outstanding from a total of 34,964,357 shares in issue, a move that marginally reduces the company’s free float and is likely aimed at enhancing capital efficiency and shareholder value through a tighter share base.
