The latest announcement is out from Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ).

Georgia Capital PLC has continued its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG’s London branch (trading as Deutsche Numis) repurchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on 21 January 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,131.8713 pence. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury pending their weekly cancellation, bringing treasury shares to 80,000 and leaving 34,764,357 voting rights out of a total 34,844,357 shares in issue, a move that marginally reduces the free float and can enhance earnings and net asset value per share for remaining shareholders.
