The repurchased shares will be held in treasury pending weekly cancellation applications, bringing treasury holdings to 30,000 shares and leaving 34,904,357 voting rights outstanding out of a total 34,934,357 shares in issue, a move that marginally enhances earnings per share and underscores the company’s capital-return strategy for shareholders.
