Georgia Capital PLC has executed a further tranche of its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank’s London branch purchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange on 23 December 2025 at a volume-weighted average price of 3,027.36 pence. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury pending weekly cancellation applications, bringing treasury shares to 20,000 and reducing the company’s voting rights to 34,944,357, a move that marginally tightens the free float and can be viewed as part of an ongoing capital management strategy aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
