Gear Energy Ltd. has announced the retirement of longtime CEO Ingram Gillmore, effective April 8, 2024, and the appointment of industry veteran Kevin Johnson as the new CEO. Johnson, with nearly two decades of experience, is expected to drive the company into an exciting new direction, leveraging Gear’s strong foundation and financial health. Gillmore, who has led Gear since 2010, will also step down from the Board of Directors upon his retirement.
