Future FinTech Group, Inc. has announced a shift in its leadership as Mr. Johonson (Shun-Pong) Lau resigned from his various roles within the company, citing personal business commitments. His departure is not due to any dispute with the Board. Stepping into the vacated roles, Mr. Mingyong Hu, with an impressive background in finance and as a certified accounting and investment expert, has been appointed as a member of the Board, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Compensation Committee. The Board considers Hu an independent director and an audit committee financial expert. He will receive an annual fee of $10,000 for his services.
