Frequentis AG ( (DE:FQT) ) has provided an announcement.
Frequentis AG has reported strong preliminary figures for the 2025 financial year, with revenues rising to around EUR 580 million from EUR 480.3 million a year earlier and EBIT increasing to approximately EUR 47 million from EUR 32.1 million. The improved profitability, reflected in an EBIT margin of about 8%, was driven by broadly profitable project execution and was boosted by a claim settlement in the Public Safety & Transport segment, while order intake climbed to roughly EUR 680 million from EUR 583.8 million. Excluding the one-off settlement, the EBIT margin would have been similar to the prior year at around 6.7%, indicating resilient underlying performance; management is targeting further growth in revenues and order intake in 2026 along with an EBIT margin of about 7%, underscoring the company’s confidence in its order pipeline and positioning in safety-critical communications and control systems.
