First Pacific Co announces a significant investment in PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, acquiring a 24.5% equity stake, and schedules a Special General Meeting (SGM) for August 22, 2024, to approve the transaction. The company’s register of members will be closed from August 19 to August 22, 2024, to determine shareholders’ entitlement to participate and vote. Shareholders must lodge their transfer forms by August 16, 2024, to be eligible to vote at the SGM.
