Financial Street Property Co. Limited Class H (HK:1502) has released an update.

Financial Street Property Co., Limited has entered into an entrusted management contract with Greatwall Life Insurance Co., Ltd. to provide healthcare protection services for its employees throughout 2024. This agreement, effective from December 24, 2024, may be automatically renewed for up to two additional years if not terminated in writing by either party. As a connected transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, it is subject to specific reporting and announcement requirements.
