Euro Manganese Inks Key Offtake Deal with FeMoCat

Euro Manganese, Inc. (TSE:EMN) has released an update.

Euro Manganese Inc. has signed a term sheet for the sale of high-purity manganese sulphate and magnesium carbonate, a by-product, from its Chvaletice Project to FeMoCat Ltd, an industrial catalyst manufacturer in close proximity to the project site. This agreement promises to fulfill part of the project’s production targets and supports the company’s commitment to market-leading ESG standards. The finalized offtake agreement will solidify the terms and quantities for these materials, pivotal for FeMoCat’s catalyst and Synthetic Hydrotalcites production.
