American Realty Investors (ARL) has issued an announcement.
Erik L. Johnson has been appointed President and CEO of American Realty Investors, Inc., effective May 28, 2024, following his tenure as Interim Principal Executive Officer since April 14, 2023. With a solid background in financial leadership roles including Executive Vice President and CFO for various real estate investment entities and previous experience at Macerich and as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Johnson’s extensive expertise in real estate finance is set to steer the company forward.
