ENN Energy Holdings ( (HK:2688) ) has issued an update.
ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. and its Hong Kong subsidiary Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited have provided an update on their conditional proposal to privatize ENN Energy Holdings Limited and withdraw its listing from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a transaction in which ENN Energy shareholders would receive, among other components, consideration in the form of H shares of ENN Natural Gas. A key pre-condition to the deal is the successful listing by introduction of ENN Natural Gas H shares in Hong Kong, and on 17 December 2025 the company submitted a renewed listing application and an application proof of its listing document, now posted in redacted draft form on the exchange’s website, marking another step toward satisfying regulatory requirements for the restructuring but with details still subject to material change.
