Energy Fuels ( (UUUU) ) has provided an announcement.
Energy Fuels has agreed to acquire 100% of Australian Strategic Materials in a deal valuing ASM at about US$299 million, aiming to create what it believes will be the largest fully integrated rare earth “mine-to-metal and alloy” producer outside China. The combination will link Energy Fuels’ U.S.-based rare earth oxide separation capabilities at the White Mesa Mill with ASM’s operating Korean Metals Plant and planned American Metals Plant, giving the group one of the few ex-China platforms capable of producing separated rare earth oxides as well as metals and alloys such as NdPr, Dy and Tb and related magnet alloys. The acquisition also adds ASM’s Dubbo project in New South Wales to Energy Fuels’ development pipeline, reinforcing long-term feedstock for its planned expansion to thousands of tonnes of rare earth oxides per year, and leverages ASM’s technology to de-risk and accelerate a new U.S. metals and alloys facility, potentially boosting Energy Fuels’ vertical integration, margins, market share and strategic relevance in non-Chinese rare earth supply chains.

Spark’s Take on UUUU Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, UUUU is a Neutral.
The score is driven by a strong balance sheet and improving production outlook from the latest earnings call, plus solid bullish technical momentum. Offsetting these positives are weak current fundamentals—sharp profitability deterioration and persistent negative operating/free cash flow—along with limited valuation support due to losses and no dividend.
