Energean Director Transfers Shares to Pension Fund

Energean (GB:ENOG) has released an update.

Energean PLC has announced that Andrew Bartlett, the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has transferred his entire holding of 5,554 ordinary shares to a pension fund account, while still maintaining beneficial ownership. The transaction consisted of a sale and subsequent purchase at slightly varying prices, but did not alter Bartlett’s total interest in the company’s shares. The shares were traded on the London Stock Exchange, under the ticker XLON.
