An announcement from Endeavour Mining ( (TSE:EDV) ) is now available.
Endeavour Mining has appointed Alison Henwood as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 13 January 2026, as it prepares for the retirement of long-serving Independent Non-Executive Director Livia Mahler at the company’s 2026 AGM. The board, which does not anticipate further changes at this year’s AGM, expects Henwood’s extensive international finance, risk management, governance and sustainability experience from senior roles at Shell and board positions at Spectris and Umicore to strengthen Endeavour’s strategic oversight and support its focus on disciplined growth and responsible mining in West Africa.
