Emperor Watch & Jewellery has announced that a resolution has been passed to wind up H Cinematic, a separate entity from the Group, through creditor’s voluntary liquidation. The liquidation follows within 12 months of Ms. Fan Man Seung, an executive director of Emperor Watch & Jewellery, ceasing her directorship at H Cinematic, prompting the company to disclose this event under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
