ElectroCore, Inc. announced the retirement of CFO Brian M. Posner, effective October 4, 2024, who will continue to offer consulting services for a year thereafter. Joshua S. Lev, with extensive experience in financial services and internal company roles, will succeed Posner as CFO on the same date. Additionally, the company’s Annual Meeting resulted in the election of two directors, the ratification of Marcum LLP as the independent accounting firm, and the approval of executive officer compensation, with an advisory vote on such compensation to occur annually.
