Ekosport and IDI Strengthen European Market Presence

Institut de Developpement Industriel SA IDI (FR:IDIP) has released an update.

Ekosport, backed by IDI, has acquired Dutch online winter sports retailer SkiWebShop, marking a significant step in its European expansion. This acquisition aims to fortify Ekosport’s presence in the Benelux and DACH markets, with plans to reach a turnover of 200 million euros within three years. The company continues to seek additional acquisitions and expand its retail network, including new store openings in France.
