Econ Healthcare (Asia) Limited has appointed Ms. Shirley Tan Sey Liy as the new Company Secretary, succeeding Ms. Sharon Lim Siew Choo and Mr. Tan Zhi Wei, effective from 28 May 2024. The board expressed gratitude to the outgoing secretaries for their service. The change has been reviewed for compliance by the company’s sponsor but not by the Singapore Exchange.
