Eagle Pharmaceuticals Inc (EGRX) has shared an update.
Brian Cahill stepped down as CFO of Eagle Pharmaceuticals, and Steven Ratoff, a Board member, was appointed as the Interim CFO. Ratoff brings a wealth of experience from various leadership roles, including CEO positions at specialty pharmaceutical companies. The company is compensating Cahill for his continued consulting services during a six-month transition period. Meanwhile, Ratoff’s interim position comes with a defined compensation structure, but excludes him from the company’s executive bonus and severance plans. Additionally, the company has discontinued the consulting services of its former CEO, Scott Tarriff.
