Duke Capital Limited has announced an additional investment of £3.0 million into United Glass Group to support its acquisition of Premier Double Glazed Units Limited, enhancing its capabilities in the architectural glass market. This investment brings Duke’s total commitment to UGG to £15 million, reinforcing their partnership since 2018 and furthering UGG’s buy-and-build strategy in the UK glass processing industry.
