TPG Angelo Gordon, Dream Unlimited Corp., and Stadium Capital Partners have announced an agreement to acquire a Dutch residential real estate portfolio for approximately €695 million, with plans to complete the transaction by early next year. The portfolio consists of nearly 3,000 units across about 90 sites in the Netherlands, which the investor group will manage and operate. This acquisition bolsters TPG Angelo Gordon’s significant real estate presence in Europe and complements Dream Unlimited Corp.’s strategic focus on residential asset management.
