Doyen International Holdings Ltd. has entered into three separate factoring agreements through its subsidiary Dongrui to provide secured financing to Chongqing Pumei, backed by accounts receivable. The agreements, totaling approximately HK$70.3 million, are considered discloseable transactions under the Listing Rules, requiring reporting and announcement as they exceed 5% of applicable percentage ratios.
