Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited has completed the sale of its A380-861 aircraft to Emirates and will return approximately £142.3 million of capital to investors via a compulsory redemption of all 220 million ordinary preference shares. The redemption, set for 16 January 2026 at 64.70 pence per share, will result in all redeemed shares being cancelled and the company’s ordinary shares being removed from trading on the Specialist Fund Segment, effectively winding up the listed vehicle and crystallising value for shareholders through cash distributions rather than ongoing operations.
