On June 25, 2025, Meme Coins Inc., a subsidiary of Dogecoin Cash, Inc., entered into an agreement with Tipestry, Inc. to acquire 2 billion Dogecoin Cash tokens. This acquisition doubles Dogecoin Cash’s total token holdings to over 4 billion, supporting its strategic goal of enhancing its digital asset portfolio and participation in the blockchain ecosystem. The transaction was completed concurrently with the agreement, with no securities issued at the parent company level.
