Deson Development International Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 27 August 2024, where they will adopt financial statements, re-elect directors, and authorize the board to fix director remuneration and re-appoint auditors. Additionally, the meeting will address the authorization of the board to issue additional shares and securities, subject to legal and conditional limits, which shall not surpass 20% of the company’s share capital at the time of the resolution.
