Decidr AI Industries ( (AU:DAI) ) has shared an update.
Decidr AI Industries reported a strong Q2 FY26 operational update, with its December 2025 exit invoiced annual revenue run-rate surpassing $4 million, a 60% increase from September driven by record partner-led and BetaOS customer revenues. The company advanced key partnerships, notably moving its agentic procurement app with eBev from pilot to commercial rollout across more than 100 hospitality venues nationwide, where operators are seeing meaningful time savings, streamlined stock ordering and margin improvements, underscoring product–market fit and supporting recurring revenue growth. Decidr also completed the acquisition of Sugarwork Inc., giving Sugarwork shareholders a minority stake in a new US entity and retaining CEO Vanessa Liu to lead ongoing integration and joint go-to-market efforts, positioning the combined group for US and APAC expansion. In parallel, Decidr continued to enhance and ship new agentic CRM and RevOps functionalities to BetaOS customers, with positive feedback reinforcing its product roadmap and underpinning the company’s view that it enters 2026 with strong momentum, a sharpened global focus and a growing pipeline of commercial opportunities.
