Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation has revised upward its forecast for the fiscal period ending March 2026, projecting operating revenue of ¥14.9 billion, operating income of ¥8.0 billion, and net income of ¥6.7 billion, all rising by around 7–13% compared with previous guidance.
