The latest announcement is out from CVR Energy ( (CVI) ).

On December 31, 2025, subsidiaries of CVR Energy prepaid $75 million of principal on the company’s senior secured term loan facility, cutting the outstanding balance to about $165 million and marking repayment of half the loan issued in December 2024 as part of its deleveraging strategy.
