Country Garden Holdings Co has announced the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditor effective from September 3, 2024, due to the inability to meet the company’s audit timetable for the 2023 financial statements. The company is now appointing ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited to fill the vacancy and advance the crucial audit work needed for resuming trading on the Stock Exchange. The Board thanked PwC for their services and stated no other issues were related to the resignation.
