Corporación América Airports S.A. reported a 3.6% decrease in total passenger traffic in September 2024 compared to the previous year, with domestic traffic down 12.2% but international traffic up 5.4%. Cargo volume showed a robust increase of 9.7% year-on-year, highlighting strong performances in Argentina, Uruguay, and Italy. Despite a challenging aviation environment, certain regions like Uruguay and Italy saw notable growth in passenger traffic, particularly in international routes.
