The latest announcement is out from Commerzbank ( (DE:CBK) ).

Commerzbank AG, acting as stabilisation coordinator, has announced that it and a syndicate of European banks may conduct stabilisation activities in connection with a three-tranche euro benchmark bond issuance by German transmission system operator Amprion GmbH. The transaction comprises fixed-rate euro benchmark notes maturing in 2031, 2038 and 2046, issued under Amprion’s debt issuance programme and intended to be listed on the Euro MTF Exchange, with denominations of €100,000. Under the terms of the offer, the stabilising managers – including Commerzbank, several Landesbanken, DZ Bank, ING, SEB and UniCredit – may over-allot the securities and intervene in the secondary market for up to 30 days after issuance to support the bonds’ trading price in line with EU market abuse and stabilisation regulations, a move that aims to help ensure orderly market conditions and potentially smoother pricing and liquidity for investors in this sizeable long-dated utility-sector bond deal.
