Commerzbank ( (DE:CBK) ) has provided an announcement.
Commerzbank AG, acting as stabilisation coordinator alongside a syndicate of European banks, supported the multi-tranche euro bond issuance of German transmission system operator Amprion GmbH under its debt issuance programme. The transaction comprised three fixed-rate note tranches: €700 million due 2031, €1 billion due 2038, and €900 million due 2046, with no guarantor. In a post-stabilisation notice, Commerzbank confirmed that no price stabilisation activities were undertaken in connection with this bond offering, indicating that the securities traded without the need for market support during the issuance process and underscoring stable demand conditions for Amprion’s long-dated euro-denominated debt.
