Coca-Cola Europacific Partners ( (CCEP) ) has provided an announcement.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has announced that Thomas Johnson, its long-serving Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, will retire from the board following the company’s annual general meeting on 28 May 2026, after a decade of service that included key roles on governance, remuneration and nomination committees. As part of its board succession planning, the company has appointed seasoned finance and strategy executive Laurence Debroux as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective at the same AGM, with the board confirming her independence under UK corporate governance standards and signalling further updates on committee roles and the next Senior Independent Director as it continues to refresh its leadership and governance structure.
